Our job is to observe interactions between the parent and child, intervene if necessary to ensure the child’s well-being, and provide feedback or recommendations to the parents and the court. Our team of professional monitors helps facilitate positive parent-child interactions in a controlled setting, allowing the child to maintain a relationship with their parents while ensuring their safety and emotional well-being.

Safe Visitation is a faith-based supervised visitation service dedicated to helping families stay connected in a safe, structured, and supportive environment. We provide professional, neutral supervision while prioritizing the safety and well-being of the children involved. Owned and operated by Emily Matamoros, a mandated reporter with over six years of experience in supervised visitation, we work with a dedicated team of trained monitors who have all been personally trained and thoroughly vetted to follow industry guidelines, safety protocols, and ethical standards. We believe in serving families with integrity, compassion, and professionalism while providing a safe space for children and parents to maintain meaningful connections.

Professional Supervised Visitation
Professional supervised visitation involves supervised interactions between a parent and child overseen by a trained professional to ensure safety and appropriate behavior.
Custody Exchanges
Professional supervised exchanges involve the transfer of a child from one parent to another in the presence of a trained professional to ensure a safe and smooth exchange of custody.
Phone & Zoom Call Monitoring
Professional phone and Zoom call monitoring involves supervising and recording phone conversations or video calls to maintain quality, compliance, and security standards.
Costs
Non-Refundable Intake Fee: $75 per / client
Supervised Visitation: $50 per / hour
Phone & Zoom Monitoring: $40 per / hour
Monitored Custody Exchange: $40 per / event
- Reduced fees may be available in cases of financial hardship.
- A two-hour minimum applies to all supervised visitation sesions.
- Additional fees may apply for subpoeneaed records, court documentation, or expedited records.
Locations
Services outside the primary service counties may be provided when available and are subject to a $0.80 per mile round-trip travel fee.
